Everything here ships from my greenhouse in Columbus, GA.

Ship days. Orders go out Monday and Tuesday. That is deliberate - a plant boxed on a Thursday sits in a depot over the weekend, and nobody wins that one. Order any day; it ships the next Monday or Tuesday.

Options. UPS Ground, UPS 2-day air, and overnight, with rates calculated at checkout.

Cold weather. When temperatures here, at your address, or along the route put a plant at risk, ground shipping comes off the menu entirely and every order ships 2-day air or overnight with a 72-hour heat pack and insulation included. The fare difference is usually $5-10, and it is the difference between a live plant and a dead one. I will not ship a plant into weather it cannot survive.

Live arrival. Guaranteed on 2-day air and overnight. Ground is offered in warm months for the budget-minded, but transit time on ground is out of my hands, so live arrival is not guaranteed on ground shipments. See the refund policy for how the guarantee works.

Local pickup. Free in Columbus, GA. Select it at checkout and I will message you to arrange a time.

Combining orders. Add everything to one cart and you pay one shipping charge. Tracking is emailed when your box leaves.

These are live plants, and most of what I sell exists exactly once. So the policy is short and honest.

No returns, no exchanges. Once a plant leaves here it has been through a box, a truck, and a climate change. It cannot come back.

Healthy arrival guarantee. Every plant shipped 2-day air or overnight is guaranteed to arrive alive and in good shape. If it does not, message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and the packaging, and I will make it right - a replacement where one exists, a refund where one does not.

Ground shipments. Offered in warm months only, and outside the live-arrival guarantee. If transit time matters to you, and with a living thing it should, choose 2-day air.

Grower's choice. When you buy a grower's choice listing, the selection is mine and it is final. I stand behind every pick, but which plant goes in the box is the deal you signed up for.

Not covered. Incorrect addresses, packages refused or unclaimed, and boxes left outside for days after delivery. The guarantee covers my end and the carrier's, not the porch.

Above all. If you are unhappy for any reason, reach out. I am reasonable and I will work with you.

Plainly: I collect the minimum needed to get a plant to your door, and I do not sell any of it.

What I collect. Name, shipping address, email, and phone number at checkout, handled by Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers; I never see your card number.

What it is used for. Fulfilling your order, sending you tracking, and answering your messages. Your address goes to the shipping carrier because that is how shipping works.

The contact form. Messages sent through the contact form on this site go straight to my email and are used only to reply to you.

Marketing. You only hear from me if you subscribed - email or text updates through my AfterShow page, on the terms you agreed to when you signed up. Unsubscribe anytime and it takes effect immediately.

The signup form. The Get 10% off signup on this site is an embedded AfterShow form. The name, email, and phone number you enter there go to AfterShow, under the consent shown on that form.

Cookies. Shopify uses the standard cookies required to run a cart and checkout. I do not run advertising trackers on this shop.

Questions or deletion requests. Email [email protected] and I will handle it personally, because there is no one else here.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, though what you paid is what you paid.

Inventory is largely one of a kind and sold across more than one channel. If the same plant sells twice before the systems catch up, the earliest order stands and every other order is refunded in full, promptly, with an apology.

Photos show the actual plant listed unless the listing says otherwise. Plants are living things - the one that arrives is the one photographed, as it stands on the day it ships.

Names and parentage are given exactly as recorded on my tags and records. That notation carries meaning and I keep it accurate.
