Sometimes traded as sp. nov Darien as it's believed to have populations in the Darien provence of Panama, this is an undescribed species that seems at least superficially related to Anthurium crystallinum - and often mistaken for the species. Flower smells like mothballs and cat piss, wish I was joking.
