Couple notes on shipping, etc

• Your plant will ship on the Monday or Tuesday following your purchase. While we are a registered nursery, we are not currently issuing phytosanitary certificates for CA, AZ or HI and thus cannot ship to these states.
• International shipping must be arranged with a broker ahead of time.
• Heat packs, insulation etc will be available during cold months as addons. We reserve the right to hold your plant shipment due to inclement weather, and will reach out if there is a need to do so.
• If there are issues with your order please reach out immediately, ideally with pictures/video. 
• Not responsible for carrier issues but I will do my best to address any issues you may have on arrival. It's important to promptly receive plant packages and get them inside and opened up.
